Scroll Stopper: Let's be real - I picked a topic that'd ruffle some feathers. Nothing gets LinkedIn fired up like a spikey take - but this was my genuine position on the topic. I knew half of my followers would be itching to tell me I'm dead wrong. It turned in to a really interesting debate in the comments.

And guess what? Disagreements in the comments are pure algorithm gold.
